What you will do:

• Authorise and oversee daily processing and administration activities across a portfolio of transactions, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and service levels.
• Validate and monitor key lifecycle events, including set-up in relevant systems, ongoing servicing, cash movements, amendments, maturity processing and closure.
• Ensure completion of all mandatory checks in line with internal standards, policies and global requirements.
• Proactively identify, investigate and resolve issues, escalating where required to protect service quality and customer outcomes.
• Compile, analyse and present management information reports to senior stakeholders to support performance, capacity and risk oversight.
• Support consistent use of reporting tools, templates and operational procedures, contributing to continuous improvement and stronger controls.

What you will need to succeed in the role:

• Post-graduate diploma or degree in any discipline, with aspirations commensurate with the position.
• At least 1.5 years of experience in the securities industry or a related financial services environment.
• Cost awareness, with the ability to support resource efficiency and effective workload management.
• Payment processing or settlement experience is preferable.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Mandarin/Cantonese capability is good to have
