This is a full-time on-site role located in Damansara for a Salesperson. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, presenting customized solutions, and fostering long-term customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks involve generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining detailed records of sales activities. The role will also require collaboration with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

• Sales skills, including client prospecting, lead generation, and account management
• Communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, presentation, and relationship building
• Problem-solving and organizational skills, with attention to details and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with digital solutions, POS systems, or software solutions is a plus
• Proven experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering customer success
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
