CIDOLS Hiring! Full Time Customer Service Executive in Selangor - Ricebowl

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage end-to-end import and export logistics, including shipment planning, coordination, and preparation of shipping documentation.

• Coordinate closely with customers and suppliers to ensure orders and deliveries are processed smoothly and on schedule.

• Work closely with transport partners, including shipping agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines, to arrange and monitor import and export shipments.

• Evaluate and select the most efficient shipment arrangements from existing freight forwarders, balancing service, timing, and cost considerations.

• Collaborate with the warehouse team to maintain accurate inventory records and ensure smooth movement of goods.

• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues by coordinating with relevant customers, suppliers, transporters, and internal teams.

• Provide administrative and operational support on other tasks or projects as assigned by management.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Mass Communication, Logistic, etc.

• Experience in Customer Service & Autocount will be an added advantage.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills, good working attitude.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
