- Gather and translate business requirements into functional requirements.
- Analyse application data models, interfaces, reports, and upstream/downstream systems.
- Support Fenergo configuration and IT solutioning with stakeholders. Assist with project planning, execution, SIT, and UAT.
- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and project managers.
- Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of IT experience.
- 5+ years of BA experience in Banking, preferably KYC/Onboarding/CLM.
- Knowledge of SDLC and basic IT project management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fenergo experience is an advantage. PMP certification is a plus.
