Job Description

Responsibilities

We are lookingfor an Account Officer to support our Sales team and provide quality customerservice.

Responsibilities:
  • Craftnew sales proposals and contract renewals
  • Scheduleproduct demos
  • Contactcustomers via email or phone to answer queries or retrieve information abouttheir account
  • Updateinternal databases (CRM) with account details
  • Performback-office sales tasks to support Account Executives as needed
  • Researchmarket trends and competition
  • Createreports on sales and marketing campaigns
  • Maintaindigital and physical records of invoices and contracts
  • Addresspayment issues
  • Identifynew revenue prospects
Qualifications:
  • Work experience as an Account Officer,Account Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in customer service roles is aplus
  • Familiarity with Client RelationshipSystems (CRM)
  • Good verbal and written communicationskills
  • Time-management abilities
