Job Description

• Supervise daily feed mill production activities to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Plan manpower allocation, production schedules, and material usage.
• Monitor production processes, machine performance, downtime, yield, and wastage.
• Ensure raw materials and finished feed meet approved specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Planning teams to resolve production issues.
• Lead, train, and monitor production operators, including their attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Conduct shift briefings, maintain proper shift handovers, and prepare daily production reports.
• Support preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Food Technology, Animal Nutrition, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of production experience, including experience supervising operators.
• Experience in feed milling, food manufacturing, agriculture, FMCG, or process manufacturing is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to prepare production reports and use Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Able to work in a dusty, noisy, and physically demanding manufacturing environment.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
