Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Account Executive role based in Rawang. The Business Account Executive is responsible for managing key customer accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating pricing and contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver products and services on time. The role also involves monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, supporting customer training on product features when needed, and providing regular reports to management. The Business Account Executive collaborates with production, logistics, and quality teams to resolve issues quickly and contribute to sustainable business growth.
Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused mindset with skills in Customer Satisfaction and client relationship management.
• Proven abilities in Sales and Business Development, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Experience providing Training to customers or internal teams on products, services, or processes.
• Solid Organization Skills, including time management, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to present information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial products is an advantage.
• Comfort working on-site in Rawang and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) and strong analytical skills.
