Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure and technical support.
• Manage Microsoft 365, user accounts, network and IT systems.
• Ensure cybersecurity, backups and system reliability.
• Lead IT projects, system upgrades and technology improvements.
• Manage IT assets, software licences and vendors.
• Provide technical guidance to junior IT team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues.
• Maintain IT policies, procedures and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Networking or related field.
• 4–7 years of relevant IT experience, preferably with team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, networking, infrastructure and cybersecurity.
• Experience in IT project and vendor management.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
