Company Description DC Restructuring Solutions PLT, established as a separate entity from CRS Corporate Services Sdn Bhd, focuses on receiverships, liquidation, and judicial management administration in line with MIA regulations. The firm specializes in corporate insolvency and restructuring, offering services such as corporate debt restructuring and dispute resolution. Its team is led by senior professionals with more than 40 years of industry experience, many of whom come from Big 4 accounting firms. The firm is committed to delivering professional, compliant, and practical solutions to clients facing complex financial and operational challenges.

Role Description The Senior Associate will support and manage corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements, including receiverships, liquidations, and judicial management assignments. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial and operational reviews, preparing reports and documentation for stakeholders and regulators, and assisting in the planning and implementation of restructuring and recovery strategies. The role also involves coordinating with clients, lenders, legal advisors, and regulatory bodies, as well as managing case files and timelines to ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur City.

Qualifications

  • Strong technical foundation in accounting, finance, or business, ideally with experience in audit, advisory, or corporate finance.
  • Knowledge of corporate insolvency, restructuring processes, and relevant regulations, including receivership, liquidation, and judicial management frameworks.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret financial statements and develop practical restructuring recommendations.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prepare clear written reports and present findings to internal and external parties.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in common office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation and word-processing software); familiarity with data analysis tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline; professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA) are an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in restructuring, insolvency, or related advisory work is preferred; experience in a professional services or Big 4 environment is beneficial.
