- Monitor and analyse portfolio performance, tracking delinquency trends, vintage curves, early warning signals, and credit quality metrics to surface risks and opportunities.
- Build and monitor key risk indicators, translating data patterns into actionable recommendations for your team's credit strategies.
- Support the design and optimization of credit policies by conducting deep-dive analysis on risk exposure and profitability to identify where strategy adjustments can improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with Operations, Product and Engineering teams to ensure credit strategies are implemented accurately in production.
- Provide analytical support for regulatory reporting, audits, and internal governance requirements.
- Contribute to stress testing, regulatory reporting, and credit risk governance, gaining broad exposure to how risk management works end to end.
- Currently pursuing/possesses a Bachelor's Degree or above in Quantitative Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, and other related fields at a reputable university with strong academic credentials/results, expected to graduate by July 2027 and join us by August 2027.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Prior internship/full-time/part-time working experience in operations analytics, data analytics, data-driven roles, or related field is a plus.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and yet able to steer analytics projects toward clear business goals, testable hypotheses and action-oriented outcomes.
- Excellent analytical thinking and solid experience in data management.
- Strong attention to details and ability to notice discrepancies in data.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex results to technical experts, business partners, and executives.
