Job Description:

• Maintain the store’s cleanliness, organization, and overall presentation to provide a welcoming and attractive environment for customers.
• Supervise and manage the staff members, including task delegation, staff performance evaluation, handling employee-related matters, and preparing work schedules.
• Oversee clinic inventory management by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular checks, and arranging timely replenishment of supplies.
• Welcome and assist customers, handle phone enquiries, address customer feedback and complaints professionally, and supervise cashier operations to ensure smooth checkout and payment processing.
• Drive sales performance by achieving assigned targets and business goals set by the company.
• Foster a positive, cohesive, and harmonious working environment across all levels to enhance teamwork and support staff retention.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year proven experience in managing a clinic/beauty salon or similar role
- Knowledge of the best practices for running a clinic
- Ability to handle customers' requests and complaints with grace
- Sales oriented and customer focus
- Professionalism, independent and initiative with strong self-motivation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English & Mandarin
- Positive thinking and attitude
- Ability to establish effective policies and procedures, and maintain high service delivery standards
