Working time: 9am to 6pm (with a day off per week

Job responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency across all assigned branches.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch managers and workshop staff.
• Monitor branch performance and achieve sales and operational targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer escalations when necessary.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and workshop resources.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operating procedures.
• Conduct regular branch visits, inspections, and performance reviews.
• Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance business performance.
• Work closely with management to support business growth and expansion.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in car repairing.
• Able to manage at least two branches.
• Previous experience managing an automotive workshop or service centre is a added advantage.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
