Job Description

• Develop and grow sales within the Dairy & Beverage ingredients segment.
• Build long-term relationships with food manufacturers and key decision-makers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct customer visits and understand technical and commercial requirements.
• Recommend suitable ingredient solutions including hydrocolloids, emulsifiers, and stabilizers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with technical and supplier teams to support project development.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to drive business growth.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, Life Sciences or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of sales experience within food ingredients, food manufacturing, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of food ingredients and their applications.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are highly preferred to support business requirements.
• Self-driven, independent, and comfortable managing customer relationships autonomously.
• Willing to travel across Malaysia for customer meetings and project development.
