Job Description:

1. Generating new sales leads through cold call, outreach, networking, and prospecting

2. Delivering engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers

3. Closing sales and achieving individual and team sales targets

4. Advise clients on suitable certification or training for their organization.

5. Monitor sales performance, prepare sales analysis reports, forecast &, etc.

6. Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients

7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities

Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in marketing, business, public relation, or any other field.

2. Have at least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the sales, prefer working for Business-to-business (B2B) or corporate sales is an added advantage.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence customers

4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to close deals

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and marketing goals

6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships

7. Candidate must possess own transport.

8. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin is an added advantage.
