We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized to Assistant Project Coordinator join our team. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly, delivered on time, and aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist Project Managers in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project workflows and timelines.
• Task & Schedule Tracking: Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines; follow up with team members to ensure task completion.
• Communication & Coordination: Act as a point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external vendors to facilitate clear and timely communication.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and project logs.
• Meeting Facilitation: Schedule project meetings, set agendas, record detailed meeting minutes, and distribute action items.
• Resource & Administrative Management: Help allocate project resources, track project-related expenses, and resolve day-to-day administrative issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, administrative support, or a relevant role.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, *************, or MS Project) and MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $2,036.75 - $5,055.02 per month
