Responsibilities
Responsible for the management of fully automated production lines
Continuous improvement projects to increase productivity
Predictively identify and address possible production bottlenecks in a timely manner
Coordinate resources to achieve daily production goals
Continuous improvement of staff operation efficiency and quality
Coordinate cross-departmental improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.
Assist in implementing the department's long-term planning.
Qualifications
Graduated from a related department of science
Minimum Bachelor's /Master's Degree
Enjoy the managerial role and coordinate relative parties
Enjoy communication
Self-demanding and committed to innovative ways to get work done
Minimum one year of experience in manufacturing plant/factory
Able to commit shift work
On duty required on weekend and Holiday
