Client Services VP/SVP


We are currently partnering with a leading global fund administrator to identify a Client Services VP/SVP to join its growing Private Markets platform in Singapore.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced fund administration professional who has a strong background servicing Private Markets clients, with responsibility for client delivery, team leadership and operational excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team responsible for delivering fund administration and accounting services to institutional clients
  • Oversee the review and delivery of NAV calculations, financial reporting and other key fund deliverables
  • Manage investor servicing activities, including onboarding, capital activity and investor reporting
  • Review fund documentation and ensure relevant terms are appropriately reflected in accounting and reporting
  • Work closely with clients and service providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery
  • Take ownership of client queries and escalations, ensuring a consistently high level of service
  • Lead the onboarding of new funds and clients, including documentation review and operational setup
  • Partner with internal stakeholders on wider business and client initiatives


Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; professional qualification is an advantage
  • 10+ years of relevant fund administration experience
  • Strong experience working with Private Markets clients
  • Proven experience managing and developing teams
  • Strong understanding of fund accounting and private markets structures
  • Good knowledge of waterfall calculations and complex fund structures
  • Good understanding of IFRS, US GAAP and Singapore GAAP
  • Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Good understanding of regulatory and reporting requirements across different jurisdictions
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and fund accounting systems
