Responsibilities
Job Scope:
Perform hair cutting, trimming, coloring, styling, and treatments as requested by clients.
Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and desired results.
Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all tools, equipment, and the workstation.
Promote salon products and services to customers and recommend suitable haircare solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Ensure compliance with salon policies and industry health and safety standards.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience as a Hair Stylist.
Proficient in a variety of hair techniques, including advanced cuts, color applications, and chemical treatments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a passion for hairstyling.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
