Key Responsibilities
Review drawings, tender documents, and scope of work.
Prepare, measure, and submit competitive tender documents and quotations.
Assist in tender applications and technical queries with clients and consultants.
Measure completed works and submit progress claims on time.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and QS for VO approvals, certifications, and payments.
Monitor daily progress, safety, and work quality.
Conduct site inspections, material checks, and accurate quantity verifications.
Supervise workers/subcontractors, allocate manpower, and resolve routine ground issues.
Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Maintain daily/weekly site logs, progress reports, and project documentation.
Assist Project Manager to resolve site issues and ensure on-time delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
At least 1 years experience or above in civil engineering, construction, or site work.
Able to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
Experience in quotations, tender submissions, and progress claims is preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willing to work on-site and attend site meetings when required.
