Degree in Business or property-related disciplines

4 years' experience in retail leasing, preferably gained from property developer / agency

Good business network with retail tenants / property agencies

Good negotiation, analytical and presentation skills

Self-motivated, aggressive and outgoing

Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Officer
