YOUR DAY TO DAY
Provide services for guests requiring travel arrangements including local sightseeing, restaurant reservations and transportation arrangement etc.
Handling on parcels delivery
Assist with guest’s luggage and belongings proactively upon arrival and departure
Welcome and bid farewell to all hotel guests at the main entrance
Assist the door attendant to man the door, when necessary
Ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor / manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Good communication skill
Good team player with positive attitude
