Job Title

Executive, Finance Business Partner (Division)

Head of Finance Business Partner - EMD

Role Purpose

Perform comprehensive financial and business analysis via financial statements

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide strategy input towards building practical and actionable financial strategy for daily operations
  • Perform high level financial analysis to identify performance trends and forecast targets
  • Produce monthly management reporting to reflect the business performance of the Division
  • Ensure internal and external audit compliance and close gaps on audit findings within the specified time frame
  • Continuous learning culture within department to improve knowledge and work competencies

Qualification & Working Experiences

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance and or Professional Qualification (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, MIA etc) with 1-3 years working experience in in Accounting/Finance or in the related field

Skills & Knowledge

  • Leadership - Ability to persuade and advise Business Unit in finance related matters
  • Technical - Possess strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices and internal policy, well versed with ERP and other business/ accounting tools including presentation tools(Word/ Excel/ Power Point)
  • Managerial - Possess management skills to communicate and resolve issues
  • Industry knowledge - Highly prefer airline industry or related knowledge

  • Challenges with extracting accurate financial data from Optimis
