Responsibilities:

• Prepare design concepts, 3D renderings, and full set of working drawings
• Handle projects from initial concept through to site execution
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and coordinate with contractors and suppliers
• Communicate with clients on design ideas, materials, and project details
• Assist in material sourcing, design development, and project coordination
• Support daily design tasks and ad hoc project requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in Hong Kong residential or commercial projects
• Experience in site supervision and coordination
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Photoshop; SketchUp is an advantage
• Familiar with full set drawings and detailing
• Independent, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Good communication and teamwork skills
