RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Building Refurbishment / Maintenance

1. Perform basic maintenance repairs tasks including plumbing.

2. Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.

3. Assist in piping work, toilet repair, door repair, shifting, furniture and repair work for furniture and fittings.

4. Repair doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.

5. Regularly check common spaces to identify issues with litter, building failure or breakdowns.

6. Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

7. Provide clients’ with support and guidance on maintaining their spaces.

8. To carry out internal and external touch up and minor painting activity according to given schedule.

9. Supervise the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks.

B. Other duties

1. Required to work overtime if required to address urgent management needs.

2. Any other duties which may be assigned by the company from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

· High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.

· A minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a similar role.

· Solid experience with plumbing, electrical or HVAC systems.

· Ability to work with hardware tools and power equipment.

· Extremely organized with good communication skills.

· Detail-orientated with an aptitude for problem-solving.
