Job Description:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and ensure works are carried out according to project requirements.
• Monitor workers' performance, work progress, and site safety requirements.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure work quality meets required standards and specifications.
• Prepare site reports and provide updates on work progress.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction / renovation works.
• Able to supervise workers and coordinate site activities independently.
• Good understanding of construction drawings and site procedures.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.
