Job Summary
The After Sales Manager is responsible for managing and improving the Company's after-sales operations, including service, maintenance, warranty, spare parts coordination, customer support, workshop activities, and overall customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the overall daily operations of the After Sales Department.
- Lead and coordinate service, maintenance, repair, warranty, and technical support activities.
- Monitor workshop operations and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and within the required timeline.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.
- Coordinate with customers regarding vehicle servicing, repairs, technical issues, and after-sales support.
- Monitor warranty claims and ensure proper documentation and submission.
- Coordinate spare parts availability with the relevant department.
- Monitor service quality, turnaround time, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and provide guidance to technicians and after-sales personnel.
- Develop and improve after-sales procedures and operational processes.
- Prepare after-sales performance reports and updates for Management.
- Liaise with principals, suppliers, customers, workshops, and relevant external parties.
- Ensure workshop and after-sales activities comply with Company requirements and safety standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- Relevant experience in automotive/commercial vehicle after-sales, workshop, service, or technical operations.
- Previous supervisory or managerial experience is preferred.
- Good understanding of vehicle servicing, maintenance, warranty, spare parts, and workshop operations.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Able to manage a team and work under operational pressure.
- Computer literate and able to prepare operational and Management reports.
- Experience in the commercial vehicle/truck industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: RM2,857.78 - RM7,000.00 per month
