About the Role

Job Description: Expand the number of active customers. Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement. Source talent using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking channels. Conduct detailed candidate assessments to ensure job and cultural fit. Build exceptional personal branding as an independent principal consultant.


Responsibilities

  • Client Management & Business Development:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding hiring needs and providing consultative solutions.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Manage key global accounts, ensuring timely delivery and service excellence.
  • Develop “share of wallet” strategies enabling clients to access our full range of services that you will manage.


  • Candidate Engagement:
  • Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline across industries.
  • Provide career guidance, interview preparation, and market insights for candidates.
  • Ensure high standards of candidate care and long-term relationship building.


  • Market Insights & Advisory:
  • Provide clients with market intelligence and recruitment strategy feedback.
  • Share insights with internal teams to improve service delivery and encourage teamwork.


Qualifications

  • +5 Years of Experience in Recruitment or Staffing industry. (360 capacity).


Required Skills

  • Enthusiastic to build both exceptional corporate and personal brand.
  • Effective communication and people skills.
  • Proven Sales Record and Sales Driven Mindset.
  • Cheerful Outlook.
  • Goal-orientated, self-managing, initiative-taking.
