Job Summary

Responsible for repairing, servicing, installing, and troubleshooting home appliances. Provide technical support and assist customers with product-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange appointments and visit customers for field service when required.
• Install, test, and explain the proper use of home appliances.
• Use tools such as a multimeter to diagnose problems.
• Repair faulty appliances and replace damaged parts.
• Service appliances at the workshop or customers’ homes.
• Prepare basic repair quotations for non-warranty products.
• Manage spare parts and inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum Vocational Certificate / relevant technical qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience repairing home appliances.
• Basic spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Familiar with common tools and equipment.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to travel for field service.
• Physically fit to handle medium/heavy home appliances.
• Valid GDL (Goods Delivery License) is an advantage.
