Responsibilities

The Regional Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing business opportunities within targeted aerospace markets across the Asia Pacific region. The role supports major programs and strategic product lines by developing customer relationships, advancing capture strategies, and coordinating cross-functional activities across Parker Aerospace divisions.

• Identify, develop and manage all business opportunities across major aircraft platforms, strategic product lines, and market segments within Parker Aerospace divisions.
• Conduct competitive market research, develop and execute go-to-market strategies supporting strategic growth targets for assigned markets and customers
• Lead the development of commercial proposals and negotiation translating them into favorable contractual terms and conditions for Parker
• Build and expand strong customer relationships with decision makers within airlines, MROs and OEMs across the region

• Serves as the liaison and facilitator with customers, Parker divisions, and Regional/Group Marketing to resolve issues and assure customer satisfaction related to cost, product quality, delivery, and performance

• Serve as an internal consultant and subject matter expert on assigned customers, markets, and business development opportunities.
• Support cross-division collaboration to pursue integrated aerospace solutions and maximize Parker’s customer value proposition
• Maintains professional and industrial knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing trade and technical publications, establishing professional networks, participating in professional associations, and attending industry trade shows

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Eight or more years of increasingly responsible experience in aerospace, business development, sales, marketing, or related commercial roles
• Proven ability to develop, maintain, and expand customer relationships within the commercial aerospace, airline, OEM, MRO, or manufacturer community across Asia Pacific
• Demonstrated experience developing proposals, contracts, capture strategies, and business development plans.
• Strong understanding of aerospace aftermarket services, including MRO operations, component repair, airline procurement, and customer support expectations.
• Strong executive-level and customer-facing presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of regional and international acquisition, procurement, and contracting practices.
• Ability and willingness to travel across Asia Pacific and internationally for customer meetings, industry engagement, and business development activities.
