Responsibilities
The Senior Programme Manager (HCM Accreditation) will lead the accreditation and compliance assurance workstream for a major HR transformation programme.

- Establish the Test and Validation programme to demonstrate that the chosen Human Capital Management (HCM) solution meets security and compliance requirements by defining the validation scope, methods, test evidence requirements and acceptance criteria for system design and controls.
- Oversee validation activities, manage accreditation evidence, and drive remediation through to closure.
- Work across business, policy, technology, cybersecurity, infrastructure and operations to ensure that compliance requirements are embedded throughout design, build, test, go-live and post-go-live operations.
- Oversee continuous monitoring, periodic re-assessment and remediation management to sustain the system’s compliance posture.
- Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline
- At least 5 years of experience in IT project management
- Experience in leading accreditation, compliance assurance, IT governance for large-scale enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of how to translate security, compliance and policy requirements into practical system design controls and implementation requirements
- Experience working across system implementation lifecycle, including design, build, test, deployment, operational readiness and post-go-live support
- Familiarity or prior experience with enterprise SaaS and cloud technology, access management, monitoring and incident management would be preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven, organised and able to lead cross-functional teams.
