The Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation (hereunder as ‘HKSR’) is a pioneer in rehabilitation
dedicated to providing holistic and personalized services to empower persons with disabilities,
chronic illnesses or challenges of aging to lead fulfilling lives, and to advocate for an inclusive
society. We are a non-governmental organization receiving subvention from government and
funds from private donors and other sources. We invite people with the heart and passion to join

DHC Express aims to provide primary healthcare services including health promotion,
assessment and patient empowerment program to enhance the public awareness on disease
prevention and the capacity in the self-management of health through the public-private
partnership.

Health Promoter
(Ref: HP_DHCE-ST_AUG26)

Key Responsibilities:
 Responsible for the counter reception, membership registration, activities inquiry and

enrolment
 Answer enquiry and divert clients to appropriate professionals
 Assist in triage assessment and implement health promotion activities
 Assist in preparing and distributing health promotion materials
 Responsible for the daily operation, service and administrative work of the centers
 Perform other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:
 5 passes in HKDSE / HKCEE including English Language (Syllabus B) or Diploma

education level
 Minimum 1 year work experience in community education projects; persons with chronic

illness is an advantage
 Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
 Mature, independent, good interpersonal skills, teamwork and use of technology in service

delivery
