What You'll Be Doing

In this senior-level position, you will work closely with business and regional leaders to design and deliver people strategies that directly support organisational growth. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Serving as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leadership on all people and organisational matters.
• Drive change management and orgnisational development, to drive organisational growth.
• Driving leadership development, succession planning, and building a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
• Overseeing learning and development programmes that enable upskilling and reskilling across the workforce
• Leading employee relations strategies, HR compliance, and people risk management frameworks
• Championing employee engagement initiatives that strengthen workplace culture and employer attractiveness
• Spearheading HR digital transformation and workforce planning efforts to build long-term organisational agility

What We're Looking For

We are looking for a commercially minded HR professional with a genuine passion for driving people strategy at a regional or enterprise level.

• Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, with substantial exposure in an HRBP or strategic HR capacity
• Proven track record in organisational design, change management or workforce optimisation.
• Strong working knowledge of HR compliance, employee relations, and risk management practices
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills — comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple markets
• Familiarity with HR digitalisation initiatives and workforce planning methodologies
