Job Description:

• To study structural and architectural drawings, do pre-computation work
• Obtain survey data from Registered Surveyors and Local Authorities
• Update construction drawings for site instructions (M&E, ARCHI, STRUCTURE)
• Coordinate daily work progress with site surveyors
• Prepare for all as-built plan for TOP clearance
• Coordinate with Registered surveyor, consultant, architect to resolve drawing discrepancies.
• Perform any other duties as and when required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree with a major in surveying or qualification in Land or Engineering Surveying, or any other related qualifications
• Minimum of 5 years’ construction survey experience
• Understanding of survey equipment hardware and software
• Knowledge of machine control functions and settings
• Understanding of accuracy, tolerances, basic QA/QC and essential documentation
• Work effectively with those of diverse backgrounds and organisational levels
• Adaptive, effective communication and active listening skills
