MCG Asia Hiring! Full Time Project Manager in - Ricebowl

We are partnering with a financial services start-up to hire an experienced IT Project Manager to drive the delivery of critical technology initiatives across the business.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong track record managing end-to-end project lifecycles within banking, insurance, or fintech.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including technology, business, compliance, and external vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, from initiation through to implementation and post-go-live support
• Define project scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Manage stakeholder communication across business units, senior leadership, and external partners
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance frameworks
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and vendor teams to drive execution
• Track and report project progress, including KPIs, milestones, and financials
• Support change management and user adoption initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 5–10+ years of IT project management experience within financial services (banking, insurance, or fintech preferred)
• Proven experience delivering complex technology projects (e.g. digital transformation, core systems, payments, or data platforms)
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid)
