Nnr Global Logistics (M) Hiring! Full Time Customer Service Executive - Ocean in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,000 - Ricebowl

• Attending to Import and Export Sea Freight shipments and updating details in the system.
• Attending to Export & Import Booking and ground arrangement.
• Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
• Timely invoicing & preparing job. KPI is invoice must be out after 3 days of shipment ETD.
• Monitoring of sea freight shipments and advising customers accordingly on the ETD and ETA.
• Maintain proper documentation filing of all operations correspondences and reports.
• Check all incoming faxes, e-mails and formulate reply in a timely fashion between 24hours.
• Coordinate with shipping lines to update all new buying rates and maintain on file for reference.
• Make telephone calls to customers to inform them of all details shipment update both export and import.
• Maintain proper records of customer correspondences.
• Maintain proper housekeeping in the Customer Service Department.
• Compile monthly tonnage, performance and shipment report to superior as directed.
• Maintain a current profile of all and shipping schedules out of departing and disseminating same to customers regularly.
• Confers with customer and internal department to resolve problems. Example: Damage & Claim. Demurrage & Detention.
• Attending to Customer all kinds question and inquiry related to logistics.
• Working with other departments to incorporate logistics needs include Air Freight, Warehouse, cross border and local trucking etc.
• Handling of Freight inquiries, quotation and coordination with local and international customer.
• Knowledge about custom procedures and checking of custom form.
• To be able to maintain pleasant voice tone in liaising with customer in any situation.
• To performs any other duties as and when instructed by immediate superior.
