1. To comply on any procedure related to part’s matter at service centre such as 7 Storage Technique, PSM Procedure, Parts Processes etc.

2. To ensure physical quantity of stocks and part’s location tally with the system.

3. To ensure print PRF and allocate required parts to mechanic accordingly.

4. To ensure mechanic receive parts Just In Time (JIT).

5. To submit parts ordering to Part Warehouse after verified by SM based order type.

6. Maintaining parts storage according to Seven Storage Techniques.

7. To practice Kaizen & maintaining 5S in the part storage.

8. To responsible in conducting internal stock takes on monthly basis to minimize error in updating and verify by SM.

9. To perform accurate & precise parts allocation for efficient racking method.

10. To report and update any back order parts to SM/superior.

11. Responsible to ensure the availability of parts at the service center on time when the need is arise.

12. To control parts inventory in order to avoid dead stock.

13. To monitor on pending parts collection (CRO).

14. To ensure adherence of warranty policy and procedures

15. To assist/prepare on any report require by HQ/superior.

16. To perform any other duties specified by SM/superior.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
