JOB SUMMARY:

The Chef De Partie is concerned with the maintenance of superior quality and standards of food preparation and presentation; the development Commis Chefs, contributing to the profitability of the kitchen brigade and responsible for the organization and effective supervision of their designated section.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Daily prep: Organize and prepare your station’s mise-en-place before service.
• Recipe execution: Cook and plate dishes according to hotel recipe cards and brand standards.
• Quality check: Inspect all food items for taste, freshness, and precise garnishing before service.
• Local adaptation: Handle local Malaysian and international menu requirements common in KL hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Culinary Qualification: A certificate, diploma, or degree in Culinary Arts or hospitality is preferred.
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a CDP or at least 1 to 2 years as a Demi Chef de Partie in a reputable hotel or upscale restaurant environment.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
