Role Description

The Operations Executive is a full-time, on site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some outbound jobs. This role oversees daily operations and wellness equipment logistics, inventory coordination, and session management. The Operations Executive ensures smooth customer experiences by coordinating appointments, supporting installation and delivery workflows, and resolving operational issues. The role also involves monitoring performance metrics, improving processes, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to support business growth and service quality. This position requires hands-on involvement at the wellness studios and warehouse as needed, along with structured planning, reporting, and coordination tasks.


Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to coordinate daily activities, optimize processes, and support service delivery.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with customers, partners, and internal teams professionally.
  • Relevant experience in wellness, hospitality, retail, or logistics operations is beneficial.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and adapt in a fast-growing environment.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for scheduling, documentation, and reporting.
  • Diploma or degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is an advantage but equivalent experience is also valued.
