Duties and Responsibilities:
The candidate will have a minimum of 3 Years of experience in designing, programming and implementing robotic automation system, with expertise in PLC Programming and AMR/AGV systems. As an automation robotic engineer, he/she will be responsible for developing and optimizing robotic solutions to improve manufacturing process, increase efficiency, and enhance overall productivity
- Design, develop, and implement robotic automation systems to meet project objectives and specifications.
- Program, configure, and troubleshoot industrial robots, including robotic arms, grippers, sensors, and vision systems.
- Proficient in PLC programming for automation control systems, including ladder logic programming and HMI interface design.
- Design and integrate AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) and AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle) systems for material handling and logistics applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop innovative solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments to evaluate the technical and economic viability of automation projects.
- Optimize robot performance through continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on robotic systems operation and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in the design and implementation of robotic automation systems
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in robotics technology, PLC programming, and AMR/AGV systems
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Robotics Automation, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, programming, and implementing robotic automation systems.
- Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as ladder logic and structured text.
- Hands-on experience with industrial robotic systems, such as FANUC, ABB, KUKA, or Universal Robots.
- Experience in designing and integrating AMR and AGV systems is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and automation technologies is preferred
