Responsibilities

• Process loan applications and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate.
• Perform customer verification, credit checks and other relevant assessments.
• Prepare loan agreements and supporting documentation.
• Follow up with customers and dealers on outstanding documents and application status.
• Liaise with customers, dealers and relevant external parties.
• Maintain proper records and filing of all loan-related documents.
• Monitor loan disbursements, repayments and outstanding matters.
• Respond promptly to enquiries received via email and telephone.
• Prepare monthly reports and other management reports as required.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department.
• Handle confidential customer and financial information professionally.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

• Minimum GCE “O” Level, Diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in loan processing or credit administration is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Meticulous, organised and detail-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
