Job Summary

Join BLACK BY BLUE BRAVE as a Retail Sales Executive to represent the brand, engage customers with our collections, and support store operations while achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Represent 4B by engaging customers and communicating the brand story to enhance brand recognition
• Deliver a premium customer experience by actively listening to customer needs and recommending suitable products
• Achieve store sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Maintain excellent product presentation by organizing displays and ensuring store standards are consistently met
• Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels and supporting merchandising activities
• Support daily retail operations including store opening, closing, and administrative tasks

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, watches, or luxury goods sales is an advantage
