Responsibility

• Double check account entries recorded in the system.
• Issue and verify sales invoices and payment vouchers.
• Double check supplier invoice tally.
• Process & generate invoices, monitor all debtors & creditors aging
• Preparing Monthly payment to suppliers
• Managing all account payable & receivable
• Other accounting matters.
• To assists superior as when required.
• Handle day to day operations of accounting record & filling
• Full warehouse activities for inbound, storage and outbound operations
• Ensure proper reporting of non-conformance during warehouse operations
• Material provisioning to support business units’ operations especially in areas of Incoming
• Supporting receiving process at external warehouse
• Inventory check and stock taking activities
• Any warehouse related duties as assigned

Requirements

· Industry : Food Bakery Manufacturing.

· Familiar with SQL is added advantage

· Aggressive , committed to work & can handle multitask job.

· Positive working attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

· Good personality and positive working attitudes, responsible, self-discipline and dedicate to work.
· 5.5 days working per week, to work on alternate Saturday with FULL DAY.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
