Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training, and HR administration.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
• Ensure employee records and HR documentation are accurate and up to date.
• Administer employee benefits, leave, claims, attendance, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare, review, and administer employment contracts, confirmation letters, disciplinary letters, and other HR-related correspondence.
• Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support performance appraisal, probation review, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Review and improve HR processes, policies, and practices.
• Liaise with government agencies and external stakeholders on HR-related matters.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Experience in policy development, HR process improvement and HR reporting.
• Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRMS systems.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Working location: Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible via LRT Kerinchi Station).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
