Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimates, quotations, and tender submissions for electrical projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, and contract documents.
• Manage contract administration, including variation orders (VO), claims, and payment certificates.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and contract performance.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and project teams on contractual matters.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve competitive pricing.
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate contract documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and contract requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Power Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering (EEE), or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for the Executive level. Senior candidates with 4-6 years of experience in electrical contracting, tendering, or contract administration are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of BOQ, tender pricing, and contract documentation is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Variation Orders (VO), claims, and project costing is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
