Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and other M365 technologies.
• Support the digitisation and automation of manual forms, workflows, and business processes.
• Assist in research on technologies or solutions to improve existing processes.
• Assist in solution testing, user training, and documentation preparation.
• Provide basic technical support to internal users.
• Support the IT team in day-to-day IT operations and administrative tasks.
• Any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior/company.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering / Information Systems or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams and Excel.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to follow instructions and pay close attention to detail.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently in a project-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with programming, databases or low-code/no-code technologies is preferred.
• Able to work in Putrajaya.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
