General Description

Responsible for supporting regional process excellence, operational performance and customer management activities across APAC. The role focuses on identifying operational inefficiencies, developing standardized processes, improving data and reporting capabilities, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives to enhance productivity, service quality and customer experience.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Operational Excellence

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify operational gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of standardized business processes, policies and operating practices across countries.
• Analyse, map and document existing and future-state processes to support regional standardization and operational alignment.
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions to improve productivity, service quality and operational performance.
• Drive or support automation and continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve team efficiency.
• Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across regional teams to ensure consistency and sustainability of improvements.

Customer & Performance Management

• Support assigned customer accounts by coordinating daily operational activities, execution planning, utilization management and communications.
• Participate in customer business and performance reviews and support the preparation of performance insights and action plans.
• Monitor KPIs and improvement targets, identify performance gaps and coordinate corrective or improvement initiatives across countries.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges and support business development.
• Assist in managing complex or sensitive operational matters and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to achieve agreed outcomes.
• Monitor APAC market developments and highlight relevant opportunities, risks and mitigation plans to customers and internal stakeholders.

Data, Reporting & Project Support

• Improve data quality, data flows and operational reporting to provide accurate and meaningful performance visibility.
• Support forecasting and strategic operational planning, particularly in preparation for peak periods.
• Assist in preparing QBR presentations, management reports and performance analysis.
• Work with implementation and project teams to coordinate project activities and support successful customer onboarding.
• Contribute to regional projects, process reviews and other continuous improvement initiatives as required.
