Responsibilities
- Provide admin support to departments as and when designated
- Handling procurement including sourcing, RFQ, vendor negotiation, shipping, delivery follow-up and receiving goods and materials
- Arrangement of logistics, manpower and materials delivery to various locations
- Issuance of delivery orders for delivery and issuance of transmittals/correspondences for submission
- Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as and when required
