Job Responsibilities:

- Plan, film, and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts using CapCut, Canva, or similar editing apps.

- Write engaging hooks, captions, on-screen text, and call-to-actions (CTAs).

- Create creative content related to head spa, facials, lashes, brows, massage, nails, waxing, behind-the-scenes, staff, customer experiences, promotions, marketing campaigns, and paid advertisements.

- Stay up to date with social media trends and work closely with the team to film content at the spa while maintaining our brand image: professional, relaxing, clean, friendly, and trustworthy.

Requirements:

- Experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram, or other social media platforms.

- Skilled in filming and video editing with a good aesthetic sense and strong understanding of short-form content.

- Able to write compelling hooks and captions, keep up with trends, and proactively suggest creative ideas.

- Passionate about beauty, spa, wellness, skincare, or lifestyle content, and comfortable filming in a spa environment.

- Responsible, able to meet deadlines, receptive to feedback, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.

- Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience creating content for beauty, spa, salon, or wellness brands.

- Experience with paid social media advertising or photography is an advantage.

- Comfortable appearing in videos.

- Familiar with the Singapore beauty and wellness market.

- Good command of English (Mandarin is a plus).

- Portfolio or social media accounts you have previously managed.
