Responsibilities:

• Support to the day-to-day HR operations, mainly focus on payroll, compensation & benefits and assist in part of the recruitment process;

• Handle all aspects of payroll administration including salary calculation, final payment, tax and MPF;

• Handle and process EC claims;

• Prepare & consolidate various HR analysis reports for management review;

• Maintain and update HR record and staff personal files;

• Handle other ad-hoc assignments as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related disciplines;

• At least 4 year solid HR operational experience, preferably in catering/ hospitality industry;

• Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment & MPF Schemes Ordinances;

• Immediate available is highly preferred.
