Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
- Handle recruitment, interviews, onboarding and employee records.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, probation and confirmation.
- Coordinate monthly payroll and statutory matters including EPF, SOCSO and EIS.
- Prepare employment letters, HR documentation and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters and performance issues.
- Support management in recruitment, performance management and HR matters.
- Manage general office administration when required.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Malaysian employment regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good knowledge of Malaysian HR practices and employment regulations.
- Experience in recruitment, payroll, employee relations and HR administration.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Able to work independently and handle confidential information.

We are looking for a mature, responsible, organised and proactive HR professional who can work independently and handle HR matters with minimal supervision.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
